Most people know me for my crazy meat centric dinners/menus but what most don’t know is that I really enjoy eating vegetables. To this end, I have created a vegan menu which has the same South East Asian flavours found in my other menus.

Grilled Laksa Salad
Grilled baby cos lettuce, toasted grated coconut, fried shallots, cherry tomato confit, laksa leaf pesto, toasted cashew nuts dressed with a coconut lime laksa dressing
Young coconut and green radish soup with buah keluak ravioli, laksa leaf tofu pesto ravioli
Clear soup of young coconut water, green radish with ravioli of buah keluak, chick peas, mushrooms, ravioli of tau kwa, laksa leaf pesto
Vegan Tau kwa puffs (deep fried) with sng ngee (garlic chilli sauce)
Tofu puffs stuffed with soy braised mushrooms, chilli, crispy garlic, coriander, tau cheo, water chestnuts

Steamed silken tofu with essence of tomato, ginger and 12 month aged light soy sauce
Petai Durian Tempoyak Pasta
Petai beans with durian tempoyak sambal tossed through hand made tagliatelle
Palate cleanser
Lychee sorbet with lychee jelly
Vegetable rendang with nasi lemak
Coconut stew of eggplant, carrot and zucchini. Served with twice steamed nasi lemak
