Pancakes with ownself cured kurobuta bacon steak with kampung honey
Do or Doner Kebab?
Kebab flatbread with locally made in Singapore yoghurt (from Annie’s yoghurt), slow-cooked beef short ribs, coleslaw

Beauty in a Pot Hot pot with wagyu beef
Made with 20 spices and herbs, we first had this in Taipei and then most recently in Melbourne. I have given it a twist by using A3 Wagyu.
Fried Chicken Burger
Inspired by Belle’s hot chicken, this is my version of a fried chicken burger with ownself make burger buns, hot sauce, and the best French fries

Dessert
Longan shortcake with gula melaka ice cream, gula melaka syrup
Inspired by the plentiful strawberries in summer, I make this cake with longans. A Singaporean twist is added with gula melaka syrup and ice cream.
