Want to learn how to make your very own delicious pizza at home?
We will show you how to make them using our pizza ovens as well as with kitchen implements you can find in any department store (pioneered by Heston Blumenthal)
Our pizza dough will be made with a slow cold ferment, and we will teach you about hydration levels and baker’s percentages. We welcome everyone!
We will also show you how to make your own pizza sauce, and just about anything you will need to know in order to make a great pizza. We will also show you how to make a whitesauce, and a tomato sauce for your pies.
We will also be making dessert pizzas!
